Located within the-4 star hotel and spa Les Glycines in a charming and completely renovated old building, the restaurant Le 1862 gets its name from the year in which it was built. The dining room has been luxuriously decorated to create a chic and welcoming atmosphere. In good weather, you can dine on the outdoor terrace that overlooks the immense gardens of the hotel where rose bushes and weeping willows grow in amongst each other. A tranquil setting for a romantic atmosphere. To accompany these sophisticated dishes, the sommelier will provide you with a wine list that includes many vintages from the Périgord region.

Chef Eric Jung also organises cooking lessons that are open to all and followed by a lunch. During the annual truffle market in Sarlat, the hotel offers stays of 1 night or more including a visit to a truffle orchard followed by a meal in the gourmet restaurant where guests can enjoy a "truffle menu" to savour this product that is so typical of the Périgord region.
